I love this place the food is sooo good, friendly customer service it's a family business which I love ! Everything on there menu is so good and they have decent prices the place is always clean when I come in I get greeted promptly and always with respect I have been coming In for a decade and they never disappoint! I never had issues with my orders and there isn't a long wait time and I am always treated with respect ! I bring in my family here every time I am in Hillsboro looking for some good food ! You will not be disappointed!!!

Meh, the food is average/mediocre. The cheese in my 'enchiladas' (which were corn quesadillas) was not melted and the excuse was that it's Mexican cheese. I happen to know that Mexican cheese does melt. They only have plastic utensils. The menu has no descriptions. However, the service was stellar. Otherwise it would have been a 2-star review. To their credit, they're trying hard.
Sorry, nothing else really to say. -

You know a restaurant is authentic when there's no English on the menu. The menu is entirely in Spanish with giant photos of each dish plastered on the wall behind the cashier. Even if you don't know a single word of Spanish, just point at what you like and it'll be delicious.
PSA -- The tacos are $1.50 each!
I love how they use 1 tortilla instead of 2 so you can taste more of the meat. Speaking of meat, each taco is packed with delicious and savory meat. It's then topped with a mountain of cilantro and bits of onion. My personal favorite are the nachos! The chips are still crispy and warm while still underneath a mountain of meat, beans, cheese, lettuce and pico de gallo. They add guacamole and sour cream on the side so it can be evenly distributed(just how I like it). For $6, it's definitely super filling!
Don't be afraid to approach this place as it's the exact definition of a hole in wall. It's look run down and probably not the cleanest place, but it has bomb food that you'll always come back for. -

This place rocks! Very authentic Mexican food and very friendly staff. Their portions are generous and their food tastes excellent. I like the seating area too as it is very inviting. They have "to go" orders as well. I ordered a burrito with beans and rice for lunch and it came out on a very large dinner plate. Definitely awesome food!

One of the best tacos in Portland (Hillsboro) and this is coming from somoene who lived in San Diego for 4 years!
My review is only for tacos since I've never tried anything else on the menu. I've tried the carne asada, al pastor, pollo and al pastor is definitely the winner. They don't have a piece of pineapple in the taco for the al pastor but I'm just happy there's great tacos in the 503.
Highly recommend ochoas!
